- Certificate of General Nursing & Midwifery.
- Should be registered in State Nursing Council as R.N & R.M.
- Candidate Must Be Medically Fit.

Application from with prospectus is available on payment of Rs.1000/- in cash or
Rs 1000/- by post through D.D in favour Of CKRD Memorial Nursing College, Payable
at Jhunjhunu.
Documents to be submitted with the application form:
1 Attested copy of secondary school marksheet.
2 Attested copy of High School mark Sheet.
3 Medical Fitness Certificate on prescribed Performa.
4 Eight passport size colour photographs.
5 RN/RM certificates.
6 Migration certificate applicable for other state students.
7 Copy of Aadhar Card and one address proof .
8 Experience certificate.
9 Attested copy of RN/RM certificate.
10 Mark Sheet of GNM 3 years.
11 Character Certificate
The college will retain original certificate. The candidate who fails to submit the original certificates his/her admission will be cancelled.
